Yeah! It was great to look out the back deck and see blossoms on the neighbor's tree. No sign of snow anywhere.
The spring peepers are singing too!
Spring peepers are small frogs that produce a shrill, repeated "peeping" sound. like baby chicks. They become active in the spring. Believe it or not on the first day of spring last week we heard them. There is a pond in the valley below us and it "sounds" like they made it through the winter.
