We were guests at the wedding of Megan Balmert and Ben Forte at Greensburg Country Club.

Family Ties at Seagrove Beach 2011

 We spent a perfect week at Seagrove beach in August.  Lots of fun with the family... on the beach, in the house and swimming in our private pool.  Great weather, good food and practically a private beach.

PNC Park

 Friday Aug 5th we went to PNC Park to see the Pittsburgh Pirates vs San Diego.  Greeting fans was Muno from Yo Gabba Gabba.

Greg and Jen's Wedding

Saturday July 30 we attended Greg and Jen's Wedding in Bethel Park.  It was a beautiful day for a wedding.  The weather was perfect and the celebration lasted until 1:00 am.  We drove pap pap to the ceremony and reception.  Visited with all the Rennie Clan.

38th Wedding Anniversay

We celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary on Thursday July 28.  Dad made dinner reservations at Nardis Restaurant in Monroeville.  Nardi's is white-tablecloth at its best, with a relaxing atmosphere and the best view around atop of the Jonnet Building in Monroeville.

We received complementary champagne with our dinner and splurged and ordered a pecan ball for desert.

I love a restaurant with cloth tablecloths and cloth napkins.  The wait staff were very accommodating too.

 During dinner a thunderstorm passed thru and the restaurant lost power for a few minutes.

Since we were so close to Pittsburgh,  we had to finish the evening by stopping at The Rivers Casino.
