TGIF trip to Greendance Winery

Someone came home from work on Friday and needed a pick me up. A trip to Greendance in the toy car was just the thing.  The skies were overcast with the threat of rain.

Arrived in time to enjoy Gewurtztraminer  2010 and...

Ligonier Gioio Pizza!  (Then it rained and we ran to the toy car.)

New Addition

Concrete poured this week. Tractor can now safely leave its little garage.

 Freshly poured ahead of the rain on Monday.

 Tuesday forms removed and grass planted.  The drive extends from garage to the bottom of the steps from the deck.

Kentucky Bourbon Festival

 Kentucky Bourbon Festival
Dad and I attended our first Kentucky Bourbon Festival. 
Our first stop was in downtown  Bardstown at the Elk Creek winery outlet.  We were enteretained with a  live music performance by Ryan Raikes

 Good Reisling.

 For dinner we next door to Mammy's Kitchen, and ordered the evenings special meatloaf dinner, $5.99.
