PNC Park "Tailgating in the Rain"

On Saturday evening Tim and I went to PNC to see one of the last home games for the Pittsburgh Pirates.  It was a sky-blast game with fireworks and Neon Trees performing after the game.  However, it was raining all day before the game so we came prepared for our tailgate with friends Stephanie and Linda.

Yes, it's a beach umbrella, aka instant tailgate popup shelter.

If you have 20 seconds you can see the Gulf tower blinking Black n Gold for Buccos win and the moon far left.  Pretty neat to see live.


 

Life is Better at the Beach

Seagrove Beach was the summer vacation destination this year.

Summer Family Fun Part II

Ligonier Country Club Family Fun Day
The club sponsored a family day the first weekend in August.. Lots of hamburgers, hotdogs etc for the family.  Games for the kids, bounce houses and  petting zoo.

Gavin's Birthday at Round Hill Park
Cousin Gavin celebrated his fifth birthday On August 9th.  The best part there was a splash fountain that the kids could enjoy.

40th Wedding Anniversary

Tim and Diana celebrated their 40th Wedding Anniversary at the Le-Mont on Mt Washington in Pittsburgh.  Pittsburgh's Five-Star, Diamond Award-winning Fine Dining Restaurant with the fabulous view of Downtown Pittburgh.  They also make a five-sta,r diamond award winning Manhattan on the Rocks.  (as seen below in front of Diana) Thank you to Tom and Michelle, Christine and Eddie for this special dinner.
